Participate
We welcome and encourage all Northeastern State University Riverhawks to participate in The BIG Event! There are three ways students, faculty, and staff may register:
- As an individual,
- With a group of friends, or
- With an organization or department.
Requirements
- Be a student or employee of NSU.
- Complete and turn in a Volunteer Participation Form (PDF) and an Assumption of Risk Form (PDF).
- Attend one of the informational meetings - Wednesday, March 11, 5:30 p.m. or Thurday, March 26, 5:30 p.m. (at least one member from each group/organization and all participants registering individually).
- Maintain a positive attitude and express a willingness to say, “THANK YOU, Tahlequah!”
Participation Form Instructions
If signing up as an individual participant:
- Fill out main contact information and sign first line.
- Include desired shirt size.
- Specify which informational meeting you will attend (see above).
If signing up as a group/organization:
- Decide on one person to serve as the main contact for the group. This person should fill out the required information at the top and specify which informational meeting he/she will attend (see above).
- Every group member, thereafter, should fill out his/her name, signature, cell phone number, and shirt size on the form.
- Complete and turn in the Volunteer Participation Form (PDF) and an Assumption of Risk Form (PDF).
Mail or fax your completed Volunteer Participation Form (PDF) and an Assumption of Risk Form (PDF) to The Office of Student Affairs no later than 5 p.m. on March 6, 2009.
