In addition to handling the admissions process of all NSU students, the Office of Admissions and Records also provides the following services.

Enrollment

Processes initial registration and add/drop for students; provides registration materials and other forms required to service the registration system; processes in-person transcript requests; handles requests for schedules, certifies enrollment and other data upon request.

Registration, Grade Processing, Database Maintenance

Updates registration and enrollment information to maintain the student database; accepts, reviews and prepares grade rosters for processing; scans grade information; processes all grade transactions.

Degree Audit, Commencement

Handles various commencement responsibilities; maintains student degree audits for checking of degree program; and duplicate diploma requests for Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctor of Optometry Degrees.

Transcript, Verification

Makes transcripts resulting from written requests; provides records access for other institutions, students, NSU colleges and departments, govern-mental agencies, and other interested parties who have student's authorization; maintains and safeguards students hard copy permanent re-cords; verifies enrollment and other data upon request.

Withdrawal

Officially withdraw from all NSU classes.
