Mission Statement: The Mission of the Northeastern Activities Board is to enhance the college experience by opening the door of opportunity to getting involved on campus through student activities and entertainment. NAB plans and produces a wide variety of special programs and events for students by students allowing for hands-on experience, working with diverse groups of people, expanding creative horizons, challenging life knowledge and leadership skill development.

NAB Leadership: NAB consists of nine committees. Café Divan, Concerts, Comedy Club, Films, For All Mankind (FAM), NSU Fame, RiverHawk Pride, Road Trips, and Wild Card. The Chairman of the Board, Administration Chairmen, and nine committee chairmen make up the executive board of NAB.

  • Applications for Chairman of the Board should be made available by the last week of the fall semester. Applicants will be interviewed by UC Director & DSA by the last week in January. Applicants are required to have and maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA and to have previously served as a Committee Chair for at least two full semesters.
  • Applications for Committee Chairman should be made available by the first week of the spring semester. Applicants will be interviewed by the DSA and new Chairmen of the Board by the second week of February. Applicants are required to have and maintain a 2.25 cumulative GPA and to have been involved in at least one NAB committee for one full semester.

When you are finished filling out the interest form Save it and email it to Todd Newcomb at newcomts@nsuok.edu. Or you can Print it, fill it out by hand, and return it to the NAB Office located in the UC Basement.
