Description:
The College of Science and Health Professions at Northeastern State University is seeking
adjunct faculty to teach day and/or evening classes in a variety of
disciplines at the Broken Arrow, Muskogee and Tahlequah campuses. Degree Requirements:
Master's
degree in appropriate discipline required to teach undergraduate
courses; doctorate required to teach graduate level courses. Dietetics positions require related master's degree and license as registered dietitian. Speech & Language Pathology and Audiology positions require MS or higher degree, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), and Oklahoma license. Nursing positions require MS in Nursing with a focus on teaching or clinical focus related to NSU nursing courses and RN license in Oklahoma. Experience:
Previous teaching experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in the following subject
areas: Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Physics, Mathematics, Geology, Family and Consumer Science, Human and Family Science, Child Development, Dietetics, Speech and Language Pathology, Audiology, and Nursing. Specific courses to be determined by need and area of specialty.
