Drop Zone Mail Guide
Scheduled Delivery and Pickup Time
The following mail schedule is available Monday through Friday:
Delivery from Tahlequah Post Office 9:30 a.m.
Campus Mail (Mail Room) Delivery/pick up All day
Certified, Registered & Express Mail 2:30 p.m. cutoff
All Next or Second Day Couriers 2:00 p.m. cutoff
Courier Delivery to Campus: (Time should be within 5 to 10 minute difference)

Note: In order to meet the deadlines set by the US Postal Service, mail must be delivered to Mail Services by 2:30 p.m. If you miss the cutoff time, your material will be sent out the next business day.
