What is the latest time overnight mail can be brought over to go out that
day?
The latest time for overnight mail to reach the Drop
Zone is 2:30 p.m., if you want to insure delivery the next day.
What time does regular mail go out?
Regular mail goes out at 3:30 p.m. Bring mail, if only
a few pieces, to the Drop Zone mailroom by 3:00 p.m. Bulk Mail (50 pieces
or more) bring to the Drop Zone mailroom by 2:30 p.m.
How do you want "bulk" mail set up?
Bulk mail needs to be set up in Zip code order. A total
count (number of pieces in mailing) of the bulk mail. In addition bring
a separate copy of the mail pieces being sent, for postal review.
What is the general address for the University?
The main university address is Northeastern State University,
600 North Grand Ave., Tahlequah, OK 74464-2301. However, each building
has its own (a different mailing) address so check with each department
you wish to address or the Drop Zone for correct mailing addresses.
How much does a fax cost to send and receive?
There is no charge ($ .00) for sending a one page fax in the United States. However, there is a charge
of ten cents ($ .10) to receive a page by fax. The
charge to send an International fax is $2.00 a page.
