Anita received a Bachelor Arts degree in Mass Communications in 1999 and a Master of Science in College Teaching and Student/Personnel Services in 2001 from Northeastern.  While a student at NSU, Anita was a member of several organizations including President’s Leadership Class, Alpha Omicron Pi sorority, Baptist Student Union and was the co-editor of The Northeastern student newspaper. She and her husband Kin, NSU assistant professor of Meetings and Destinations Management, currently serve as the advisers to the President’s Leadership Class.
