| | Dallas earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance in 2001. During his time at Northeastern, Dallas played linebacker for the Redmen football team and was named NCAA Division II All-American in 1999. He served on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee for both NSU and the Lone Star Conference. Dallas continued his education at Northwestern University (Chicago) where he was certified in Prosthetics & Orthotics. He is currently a faculty member at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He is married to fellow alumnus, Heidi (Elmenhorst) Curtis (‘02) and they have one child together (Samantha Jo). Both Dallas and Heidi are lifetime members of the NSU Alumni Association.
