If a student requires disability related advising or accommodations,
he or she should establish a file with Rommel Abad at the Office
of Student Affairs (Tahlequah students) or with Jerrett Phillips at Student Services (for Broken Arrow students). If you
receive a letter from Student Affairs, please read it carefully, as it
will outline the nature of the student's accommodations. Rommel and Jerrett
are available to consult with faculty and academic advisors regarding
disability related services. Tahlequah Jerrett Phillips Student Services, Administration Building, Room 130 (918)449-6000, ext. 6133 Hours: M-Th 8:30 - 5:30 |
